● 50% deposit is required upon start of project, this is non-refundable.

● Upon completion of first draft, client may make limited revisions to design.

● Hourly rate of $48/hr will be added for any major additions/changes to work.

● It is the client’s responsibility to check for errors in draft before final work is delivered.

● Final work will be delivered via digital media of the customer’s choice; CD, DVD, E-Mail, except when services are published to web, or forwarded to desired print shop.

● Delivery date estimates are subject to change based on project requirements and/or customer revisions.

● Website maintenance fees are $48/hr calculated in 15 minute increments.

For PC Maintenance:

● Mad Raven assumes no responsibility for data loss or hardware failure incurred on machines before being dropped off for servicing.

● Machines will be guaranteed for 30 days, applying only to original servicing. Subsequent, undeclared and unrelated issues are not the responsibility of Mad Raven.
